The spacious workspace is suitable for nail design, nail art, cosmetics, makeup, or other appropriate beauty services. The studio is bright, modern, and cozy, providing a pleasant atmosphere for you and your clients. 🤍 What to expect: ✨ your own spacious workspace ✨ independent work with your own clients ✨ simultaneous appointments are easily possible – we can both receive clients in parallel ✨ shared use of the waiting area ✨ shared use of the bathroom ✨ shared use of the existing counter ✨ storage options for your own materials and tools ✨ possibility to place your own logo/branding on the door by arrangement ✨ well-maintained and pleasant studio atmosphere ✨ parking available in my spot, unless I need it myself; alternatively, parking options directly on the street 🧹 Cleaning & Order A shared cleaning plan will be created for the jointly used rooms, so that the tasks are fairly distributed. Cleaning supplies such as vacuum cleaner, broom, Swiffer, etc. are already available in the studio and can be used for cleaning. Your own workspace and personal materials and belongings will of course be kept clean independently. 🗓️ Appointment Coordination Since we share the premises, a considerate and uncomplicated coexistence is important to me. To coordinate our client appointments well, we could send each other our planned appointments once a week. This way, we both know when clients are in the studio and can take each other into account accordingly. 🧴 Personal Materials The already existing personal working materials, samples, and products can be used as needed.
