FEE OVERVIEW

BeautySpaceBookingAs of: 22 June 2026GENERAL

BeautySpaceBooking may charge a fee to both the Host and the Renter.Two separate fees apply:Host commission for brokering a booking, Renter service fee for brokering and booking processing.All fees are displayed before the respective conclusion of contract or before the binding booking.HOST COMMISSION

For each booking brokered via BeautySpaceBooking, the Host commission is:7 % of the Host booking valueThe commission is plus any statutory value added tax due, where applicable.CALCULATION BASIS

The Host commission is calculated from the Host booking value.The Host booking value includes:space price, mandatory cleaning fees payable to the Host, mandatory additional services payable to the Host.The Host booking value does not include:BeautySpaceBooking Renter service fee, refundable deposit, amounts not payable to the Host, voluntary services not booked via BeautySpaceBooking.WITHHOLDING OF HOST COMMISSION

The Host commission is withheld directly from the booking proceeds during payment processing.Only the following payout amount is transferred to the Host after deduction of:Host commission, value added tax due thereon, where required, agreed payment processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, other justified deductions.The Host does not have to pay a commission already withheld again.COMMISSION INVOICEID

Partner GmbH issues an electronic collective invoice at the beginning of each month for the following incurred in the preceding calendar month:Host commissions, payment processing fees, other platform fees.The invoice is made available for download in the partner account.Amounts already withheld from booking proceeds are shown in the invoice as paid or offset.Only a remaining amount not fully withheld must be paid additionally by the Host.PAYOUTS

Payout-eligible booking proceeds are as a rule scheduled for payout twice monthly:on the 15th of a month, on the 30th of a month.In February, the second payout run takes place on the last calendar day.If a payout date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or non-banking day, the payout is scheduled on the next possible banking business day.The actual credit may require additional banking business days depending on the bank and payment service provider.PAYMENT PROCESSING FEES FOR HOSTS

An additional payment processing fee is only charged if it was:expressly displayed in the Special Partner Agreement, in the fee overview in the partner account orbefore acceptance of a booking.If no additional payment processing fee was agreed or displayed, no separate payment processing fee is charged to the Host.RENTER SERVICE FEE

The Renter pays BeautySpaceBooking a separate service fee for:brokering of the beauty space, provision of the booking system, booking processing, payment processing, management of the booking, support with booking-related issues.The specific amount of the Renter service fee is displayed to the Renter before completion of the booking.The Renter service fee is calculated in addition to the space price and is not part of the booking proceeds payable to the Host.DISPLAY BEFORE BOOKING

Before a binding booking, the Renter is shown at least the following amounts:Space price:[Amount]Renter service fee:[Amount]Mandatory additional costs:[Amount]Deposit:[Amount, where applicable]Total amount:[Amount]The Renter can review and cancel the booking before binding confirmation.CANCELLATION BY THE RENTER

Confirmed bookings are as a rule non-cancellable, unless a different cancellation policy is offered in the respective listing.In the case of a non-refundable cancellation, the following remain as a rule due:space price, Renter service fee, payment processing costs already incurred.Where a refund of the space price is provided under the selected cancellation policy, this is processed via the original payment method.The Renter service fee remains as a rule due in the case of a cancellation initiated by the Renter, as the brokering and booking service has already been provided.CANCELLATION BY THE HOST

If the Host cancels a confirmed booking without the Renter having caused this, the Renter receives as a rule back:paid space price, Renter service fee, paid mandatory additional costs, deposit collected.Where the Host is responsible for the cancellation, the Host commission remains due.In addition, the Host may be charged actual payment, refund, processing and reasonable replacement booking costs.NO-SHOW

If the Renter does not appear for the booked appointment, there is as a rule no entitlement to a refund.This applies in particular to:space price, Renter service fee, mandatory additional costs.A different rule applies only if this was expressly displayed before completion of the booking.MONTHLY AND RECURRING BOOKINGS

For monthly and recurring bookings, the Host commission of 7 % is charged for each paid billing period.The Renter service fee may also be charged for each billing period.The amounts applicable for each billing period are displayed to the Renter before completion of the monthly booking.Before completion, the following are in particular displayed:monthly space price, monthly Renter service fee, monthly total amount, minimum term, renewal policy, notice period, payment date.DEPOSITA refundable deposit is not a platform fee.As a rule, no Host commission is calculated on a refundable deposit.The deposit may in particular be used to secure:damages, missing items, additional cleaning, lost keys, other costs caused by the Renter.Unused deposit amounts are released or refunded after completion of the review.CHARGEBACKS AND REVERSALS

If a payment is subsequently reversed, the following amounts may in particular be charged to the responsible party:reversed amount, chargeback fee, payment service provider fees, reasonable processing costs, costs of legal enforcement.Unjustified reversals may lead to restriction or blocking of the user account.SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Deviating fees or special conditions apply only if they were:expressly confirmed in a Special Partner Agreement, in the user account orin another electronic agreement.Unilateral statements or additions by a user do not automatically become part of the contract.CHANGES TO FEES

BeautySpaceBooking may change fees for future bookings.Hosts are as a rule informed electronically of material changes to their fees at least 30 days before they take effect.For bookings already confirmed, the fees displayed at the time of booking confirmation apply.Renters see the service fee applicable to them before completion of each booking.CONTACT
